Doxylamine is a medication used to manage and treat allergic rhinitis, sneezing, runny nose, watery eyes, hives, skin rash, itching, and other cold or allergy symptoms, nausea and vomiting of pregnancy (NVP) and insomnia. It is in the first-generation histamine receptor H1 antagonist class of medications.

Flonase Nasal Spray, primarily containing fluticasone propionate, is used to relieve allergy symptoms like sneezing, runny nose, nasal congestion, and itchy or watery eyes. It can be used for both seasonal allergies (hay fever) and year-round allergies (perennial allergic rhinitis). Additionally, it may be used to treat symptoms of nonallergic rhinitis and chronic rhinosinusitis.

Beconase AQ (nose) spray is used to treat cold-like symptoms caused by allergic rhinitis. This is swelling (inflammation) of the inside of your nose that can be brought on by allergies like hay fever.
